Protocol Components
Duration & Cycling: 3 to 6 Months
Once Weekly
Inject Tirzepatide (Standard Titration)
Systemic metabolic base.
Daily (AM)
Inject AOD-9604 (300-500mcg)
Fasted state. Promotes fat mobilization for the day.
Mechanism of Action
This stack addresses obesity via two distinct physiological mechanisms: Central Metabolic Control and Direct Lipolysis.
1. Tirzepatide (The Controller): Acts on the brain and pancreas. It signals satiety to the hypothalamus (reducing calorie intake) and optimizes insulin secretion. However, while it creates a calorie deficit, it does not specifically instruct the body *where* to take energy from.
2. AOD-9604 (The Mobilizer): A fragment of Human Growth Hormone that binds to Beta-3 Adrenergic receptors on fat cells. It specifically triggers lipolysis (fat breakdown) and inhibits lipogenesis (fat storage), particularly in stubborn visceral areas, without affecting blood sugar.
Synergy: By adding AOD-9604 to Tirzepatide, you create a 'directed' weight loss environment. Tirzepatide ensures the caloric deficit exists (Input Control), while AOD-9604 ensures that the energy gap is filled by burning stored body fat rather than lean muscle tissue (Output Optimization). This is theorized to prevent the 'skinny fat' look sometimes associated with rapid weight loss.
