Download the app and create an account. Access is granted manually by our team after verifying your professional credentials. You will receive an email once your account is approved.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

The calculator is showing unexpected results. What should I check?

Make sure the vial concentration (mg) and reconstitution volume (ml) are set correctly for your specific vial. These values directly affect all dose calculations.

How do I request deletion of my account?

Send an email to info@peptides4all.store with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process it within 5 business days.
