Protocol Components
Duration & Cycling: 3 to 4 Months
Morning (Fasted)
Inject Tesamorelin (1mg)
Wait 30-60 mins before eating.
Pre-Workout/AM
Inject MOTS-c (5mg) 3x/Week
To maximize oxidation of released fat.
Mechanism of Action
This stack attacks visceral fat via two distinct but synergistic pathways.
1. Tesamorelin (The Unlocker): A GHRH analogue that specifically targets visceral adipose tissue (VAT). It unlocks stored fat cells around the organs by stimulating pulsatile Growth Hormone release.
2. MOTS-c (The Furnace): A mitochondrial derived peptide that acts on AMPK (the metabolic master switch). It increases metabolic flexibility, ensuring that the fat released by Tesamorelin is actually burned for energy rather than re-esterified.
Synergy: Dr. Froese describes this as hitting the 'same direction via different roads.' Tesamorelin liberates the fuel, and MOTS-c ensures the engine is hot enough to burn it.
